Please read these terms carefully before scheduling or using our appliance repair services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Express Xpert
Express Xpert Appliance Repair is a certified appliance repair company based at 2145 NE 164th St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. We provide residential and commercial appliance repair services across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in South Florida. You can reach us at (888) 822-7754 or admin@expressxpert.com.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at expressxpert.com and your relationship with Express Xpert as a customer. By scheduling service, using our website, or interacting with our team, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Services Provided
Express Xpert provides in-home and on-site appliance repair services for the following appliance categories: refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, ranges, microwaves, wine coolers, freezers, ice makers, garbage disposals, and range hoods. We service most major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Maytag, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and others.
Our service territory covers Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County. Specific city coverage includes but is not limited to Miami, Hialeah, Miami Beach, North Miami, Homestead, Kendall, Doral, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and surrounding communities.
All repair work includes a diagnostic assessment, a written or verbal cost estimate provided before work begins, and written warranty coverage on qualifying repairs. Express Xpert does not guarantee the repairability of every appliance. Some units may be determined unrepairable or uneconomical to repair after diagnosis.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website booking tool, by calling (888) 822-7754, or by emailing admin@expressxpert.com. We offer same-day and next-day appointment windows subject to technician availability in your area. Appointment windows are provided as estimates and may be affected by traffic, prior service calls, or parts availability.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to $50 to cover dispatch and scheduling costs. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance being repaired. This includes clearing any obstructions around the appliance, disconnecting water or gas lines if safe to do so, and ensuring the technician has a clear path to the work area. Failure to provide adequate access may require rescheduling.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
A diagnostic fee is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's time to assess the appliance, identify the root cause of the problem, and prepare a repair estimate. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the cost of the approved repair if you proceed. If you decline the recommended repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is still owed.
Before performing any repair work, our technician will provide a written or verbal quote that includes the estimated cost of parts and labor. Work will only begin after your explicit approval of the quoted price. Prices quoted are valid for that service visit only. Parts availability and prices may change between your diagnosis and any follow-up appointment.
Payment is due at the completion of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Returned checks or failed electronic payments may incur a processing fee. Accounts with unpaid balances are not eligible for warranty service until the balance is resolved.
For commercial accounts or businesses requiring net payment terms, please contact us in advance to discuss billing arrangements. Standard commercial terms are Net 15 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranties and Workmanship Guarantee
Express Xpert provides a 90-day warranty on all completed repair work. This warranty covers the original issue diagnosed and the parts installed during that repair. If the same problem recurs within 90 days, we will return and correct it at no additional labor charge. Parts replaced under warranty are covered under their applicable manufacturer warranty, typically 90 days to one year depending on the part.
The 90-day warranty is voided if the appliance experiences misuse, physical damage, flooding, power surge damage, unauthorized repair attempts by third parties, or failure of an unrelated component after the original repair was completed. The warranty covers the specific repair performed, not the entire appliance.
Express Xpert does not guarantee that a repaired appliance will have an indefinite useful life. Older appliances may experience additional component failures that are separate from and unrelated to the original repair. Our technicians will advise you if they believe an appliance is at or near the end of its economic life during the diagnostic process.
6. Limitation of Liability
Express Xpert's liability for any service performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific repair. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage caused by a refrigerator or freezer failure, water damage from a washing machine or dishwasher malfunction, or any business loss resulting from appliance downtime.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or concealed defects in the appliance that were not identified during the visible diagnostic process. Our liability does not extend to structural damage to your home, cabinetry, flooring, or plumbing systems unless directly caused by a technician error during service.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service transaction in question.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are either the owner of the appliance or an authorized representative of the property where service will be performed. You agree to provide accurate information about the appliance, the problem, and the service location so we can dispatch appropriately.
You agree to be present or ensure that a responsible adult is present during the service visit. Our technicians will not perform repair work without an authorized adult present. Providing a safe and accessible work environment is your responsibility.
You agree not to attempt to modify, repair, or disassemble the appliance between scheduling and the appointment, as doing so may affect the diagnostic accuracy or the applicability of warranty coverage.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on expressxpert.com, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and diagnostic guides, is the property of Express Xpert Appliance Repair and is protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Express Xpert name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the company. Unauthorized use of our brand identity in advertising, reviews, or other public-facing content is prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any customer concerns quickly and fairly. If you have a dispute about a repair, payment, or warranty claim, please contact us directly at admin@expressxpert.com or (888) 822-7754. Most issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
If a formal resolution is required, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Nothing in these Terms waives your right to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Better Business Bureau, or another applicable consumer protection agency.
10. Changes to These Terms
Express Xpert reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
